Faith Connected, LLC doing business as Dick In The Mail (“us,” “we,” or “Faith”) is
committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors and users of this website (“Site”). We created this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to explain what information we collect from you, how we secure that information, and under what conditions we share your information with others. Please pay particular attention to our policy on anonymity- when we provide it and when we do not.

1. UNITED STATES AUDIENCE
This Site is intended, directed, and marketed to an audience in the United States. We do not envisage offering products or services to citizens of the Member States of the European Union nor monitoring their behavior. If you are located in the European Union or a citizen of a Member State, please terminate your use of this Site immediately.

2. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN.
Any website “directed at children under 13” must undertake certain compliance steps pursuant to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and “COPPA Rule.” This Site is directed at adults, not children. Please contact us immediately if you have knowledge of a child under 18 using the Site.

not allow for the modification or removal of information if we need it for an

posting a notice on the Site or by sending you an electronic message indicating as much if we have an email address for you. You may reject the update by discontinuing your use of the Site.

respond to such signals at this time.

A. Anonymity. Although we ship orders without identifying the party placing the order, this anonymity extends only to the shipment or requests for us to voluntarily disclose information. Should we receive a court order, subpoena or other form of formal legal demand, we will provide the demanding party with all of the Personal Information we have for you excluding credit card payment information. Should we receive notice that you may have violated our Terms and Conditions, we may release your information to the requested party.

We share Contact Data with our business partners who assist us by performing core services (such as hosting, sending email messages, and data storage) related to our operation of the Site. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with any third parties, please contact us, but please understand that such a request will limit your ability to use the Site.

C. Use of Contact Data. We use your Contact Data to provide you with administrative communications such as email messages confirming orders. D. Use of Financial Data. We use your Financial Data to facilitate payment for orders that you make with us. We use Stripe to process your payment for orders. We do not store your payment resource, such as a credit card number, on our Site. If you follow a link to a third party site and make a purchase, the legal documents for that website will control such transactions.

E. Use of Recipient Data. We use the Recipient Data you supply us with during an order to ship the products ordered to the person you have designated. We also use Recipient Data to communicate with the receiving party should they contact us in relation to the order.

F. Sale of Information: Should we decide to sell all or part of our business or this Site at some point in the future, your Personal Information will be included as an asset in the transfer of the business to the new owner.

A. Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information: Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, we will keep your Personal Information private and will not share it with third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order, subpoena or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce the legal documents applicable to the Site. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are not accessible by unaffiliated third parties.

B. Site Security. The Site has reasonable security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information that we obtain from you. These measures include third party monitoring and blocking of attempts to breach our data system. Unfortunately, we make no promises about our ability to prevent any such loss or misuse of your Personal Information since preventing hacking is nearly impossible.
